Finnish Army:
Laskuvarjojääkärit - Airborne Rangers, long range reconnaissance
Erikoisjääkärit - Specialjaegers, trained and equpped to encounter enemy special forces
Finnish Navy:

Raivaajasukeltajat - EOD divers
Finnish Border Guard has its own special units as well
Helsinki Police Department:
