If I shave my head you can see 3 long scars from front to back, with the middle one, where my fontanelle would have been, having a pronounced indent, so you can sort of stick your finger in the hole, so to speak. Don't worry, it's hardened now. Forceps delivery.

The left side of my face has a few tiny scars, one on my eyelid, another impinging on my upper lip, from ripping half my face off in a long hard fall on gravel. I must say, I made a nice recovery, although I did end up looking like a computer nerd. Stupid fall :banghead:

I have a long deep scar on the inside of my right bicep, with a mate that goes from the top of my forearm to the thumb. Fell through a corrugated fiberglass roof with rotten rafters.

I cut my shin to the bone about 13 years ago and the stitches popped open, so for a while I had an exposed shinbone, which slowly got covered with a supporating ("oozing pink and not scabbing over") ulcer which took a few years to begin scabbing. So, huge thin-skinned triangular scar on the leg.

There are others but those are the cool ones.

I have a 5 inch scar just above my dick and one on my ball bag from an operation i had when i was a kid. I have a several scars on my face from rioting in belfast and i have scars on my back from picking spots.

My worst collection are the ones i infliced on myself with a blunt pair of scissors. At that time I had hit rock bottom and i tried to win a Darwin Award. Now i have a really nasty collection of scars on my hands and arms. I have to wear long sleaves when i go out usually.

Various little ones on my knuckles and the backs of my hands from martial arts.

Standard ones on the knees from kid stuff.

A nice one across my left index finger from a work accident that went down to the bone. Only one stitch, no freezing.

Another one beside the nail of my right index finger from accidently sticking it in a fan blade. Shut up, I was on a ladder that was about to fall at the time.

My biggest, coolest looking one, however, is on the inner side of my right bicep. Alas, in reality it's a toaster burn from when I was five.

A dog. An evil, evil creature it was. Part chow, IIRC - and they are VERY viscous dogs. Now this dog like to overreact when someone he didn't know came to his house. Now I'd been over this friends house many times, and though the dog liked to play rough, never had he done so to this magnitude.

I've got two bite marks in my cheek to prove it. Bastard mutt...

I have two each about in inch long on my forehead from a pair of falls, and big burn scar on my left collarbone. Somewhat less noticeable are a couple from gashes on my left side after a fall off my bike going down a trail and a bunch of minor ones along my arms and hands from the same fall

I have two slashes on my thigh from a fall on ice onto nails, half a dozen cuts on my fingers from knives, a hatchet mark on my foot, a turtle bite on my wrist, and plastic burns on my palm.

Most of my scars have healed. I have a cluster of smallish ones on my left knee from various accidents and falls. Once I jumped into an irrigation ditch to get a skateboard that was just sitting there abandoned. My knee landed right on a bottle.

There is a scar on the back of my right hand from an almost painless scratch I got on a storage rack in a warehouse. But it seemed to have healed wrong.

3 inch cut on back of my head from falling from my elementry school days... About 3 inch patch of scar on right elbow, and many other small spots. Many on each knee, most notiable one being from climbing an apple tree in kindergarden then slipping, resulting in a 1 inch gash. Another one from rollerblading, then slipping and falling on gravel.

Scar on stomach from surgery as a newborn.

3 parallel scars running down my left forearm from the elbow that were the result of a nice stack on gravel while riding.

Lots of sub-dermal scar tissue for stuff, but not that much on the actual skin.

I burned my thumb on the toaster about a month ago. The scar's still there. Also, this isn't really a scar, but you can see where I accidentally stabbd myself in the palm with a pencil from the graphite in my flesh.

I have a scar on my right cheek. I don't know where it's from. I also have two scars on my left arm from my cat scratching me. Then there's one on my left middle finger from a 2x4 swinging down and literally digging out a chunk of skin in my finger. I didn't have time for proper medical treatment (I had a stage to build), so I cleaned it with soap, found some paper towel and duct tape and proceeded on my way.

Then there's one on my nose from chicken pox.

Oh, I also have some fingers and toes that are just a little out of shape from years of playing hockey. You go to block the ball, it hits your fingers, you quickly set them back into place on the field and get back to it. They never end up healing right.

My scars include:

One 1" scar from a tracheostomy (breathing tube in neck) due to a surgical complication.

Two 3"-4" scars right and one 3'-4" left side on my chest where ribs were removed for cranial-factal surgeries.

One 2" scar back of neck.

One 2' scar about one inch above my asscrack where a screen door got me. :x

One two-incher on my waist right side, dunno where I got that one. :?

Round scar on the side of my middle finger which my mother gave me when I was a baby when I was holding some broken glass and she quite pissed off about something yanking it out and dug up a good amount of flesh quite deeply.

One 3 inch on the side of my stomach from I don't remember where

3 1/2 inch cat scratch

2 1/2 inch cut I got in a fight

Used to have several on my knees with one big one but they seem to have faded away

A few on my shins longest ones being about 5 inches long from getting spiked in races

I have two, one on my forehead, about an inch long, I got while I was 2, I ran into a fridge.

Another, I got when I was 12, I got caught in a riptide and swept up to a cliff-face, i got bashed against it by the waves, and had to climb up it, somewhere along the way I got a cut which became a scar.

Oh, I almost forgot:

I have a vertical zig-zag scar on my forehead from when an evil sorceror tried to kill me when he killed my parents.

Just thought I'd throw that in there.

I'll go back to my corner now.

A scar on the underside of my right hand wrist, from scratching it against a sharp spring underneath a bed in Greece in 1985.

A large scar above my left knee, from my Dad hitting me with the scoop part of the brush and scoop thing (whatever it's called). Why? Because I didn't wind up the hose properly. It made a huge gash. Faded now.

A scar on my right shoulder, I don't know where from. Probably another beating from my Dad back in the day.

A scar on my left hand, very small, from hitting my hand against the pool while swimming once.

OUCH!
It was a definite ouch! I was running on a wood chip trail and I had good pace and speed, but I didn't see a rather large rock. I stepped on it and it turned my ankle inwards and SNAP! I fell down and when I looked I could see a piece of bone sticking out. My partner had to help me back up the trail to the car and then take me to the hospital.

I can think of nothing worse. That was two years ago and I'm just now getting through with physical therapy. I still have some problems, but at least the doctor gave me the go ahead to continue running and I can water ski this summer. :)

I have what looks like a very short vampire bite on my knee, from falling on the teeth of an escalator when trying to run up it... couldnt' walk properly for weeks.
I have nail marks on my hand from bitch fights with my sister.

Rob has a foot long scar down the back of his left shoulder, curving around the shoulder blade, and a scar on his thumb wheer he had stitches after losing a fight with a can of strawberries.

Inside ear, inside lip, all over fingers, on the back and top of head, on the forehead, on the eyebrow, and soon to have a bunch on my arm.

I probably have more crashes and smashes etc. then most people here, but I have the least amount of scars to show for it. I'm one of those people who not only crashes, they make it look spectacular, and you often wonder how the hell their body twists the way it just did. I'm also natorious for:
