Force-Sensitives have pre-cog. It'll be easily dodged.

Which brings us back to the debate over what will happen if a force sensitive with a blaster or other gun type weapon attacks a force sensitive with a lightsaber...
Seriously, would the DT survive a spinning lightsaber slash to his armor, or not?

Generally a lightsabre-equipped opponent can deflect bolts back with relative certainty, and indefinitely deflect bolts. The blaster-equipped opponent can only fire. The one with the blaster should lose--but there are sufficiently skills opponents who do not. Aurra Sing, for example, can kill Jedi with blasters.

As can Jango Fett... who has no known Force powers.

Trembor was suprised, and Fett's pistol appears to the be SW equivalent of a Desert Eagle--as he had just landed and was suprised--the momentum of the shots seem to knock is sabre out of defensive posture--so that a shot was able to get through.

So in short, a pre-cog can be "surprised" and killed with a heavy sidearm.
So the Jedi with the gun has an even greater advantage, considering his own precog and reflexes will be greater than a gunslinger like Jango.

Pre-cog is not omniscience. A Jedi does not appear to have pre-cog over everything. The advantages appear to most manifest themselves with someone the Jedi is concentrating on.
As observed--Obi-Wan Kenobi (not a Council Member like Trembor I add) was concentrating and targeting Jango Fett, and had little trouble deflecting his fire.
Trembor leapt up unsupported and expected to find only Dooku. He was suprised by another combatant wielding a weapon he was unprepared to defend against. A shot got through and killed him.

So why should we assume that a Jedi with a lightsaber can block any and all projectiles forever (even projectiles fired by another Jedi who can see where he's going to block before he does so)?
Anyway, it isn't relevant to the argument. Unless you're saying the Shadowtrooper would own the Darktrooper, simply because sabers are better than guns (?).
Or would the DT shoot him and dodge the saber (in that suit)?
In the end, what I'm asking is if the armor (and consequently the man or droid inside) can be damaged or destroyed by the lightsaber.

When you have a pre-cog in a suit that has hovering/flying jets--I think it is safe to assume he can stay out of sabre's way.

Even a flying saber?

Can it home in on targets? Even if they have a missile launcher to shoot at it?

Yes it can.
Can it dodge shots? Who knows... with the Force, sure (again we run into who's better with the force I suppose)

I dunno. It depends how good Shadow Troopers really are outside of game mechanics.
The Dark Troopers have a lot of armor, a lot of firepower, and are Force-Sensitive.

After the first couple basically knocked his light saber out of his hands while being deflected.

Yeah. The DT are only featured in one book and one comic, IIRC.
Don't forget their armor! We still don't know if a saber would just cut through it like a hot knife through butter...
The fact that pre-cog Jedi can be overwhelmed by non-Force sensitives with superior firepower is painfully obvious in the Geonosis Arena of course. But this was one guy with a pistol!

Which is demonstrably a freak occurance by judgemental of all canon movie evidence holistically.

More than Padawan Kenobi or half-haphazardly trained Luke Skywalker from ROTJ?

They finally included the Dark Troopers, and the Storm Commandos, and the Sea Troopers, and the Coruscant Guards and many others.

I doubt a lightsaber would cut through a darktroopers exoskeletal armour very easily, In that it is probably made of at least the same stuff as Dooku's sailor's armour, which had no problems deflecting his saber. A concerted stab (a la TPM) might get through however.

Phase 2 and Phase 3 Darktroopers APPEAR to have Shields in the video game, otherwise they are REALLY damn tough. However, they are armored with a metal called "phrik" which appears to be rather resistant to blasters.
IIRC On "hard" it takes about 30 Blaster shots to drop a Phase 2 Darktrooper. I didn't bother trying that against a Phase 3. I just opened fire with my Darktrooper weapons and then switched to a Concussion Rifle.
