Socks with sandals

I would recommend buying a pair of flip-flops. It's an investment, I know, but you can actually wear them with socks.

Actually, if done with the greatest of care, socks and sandals can look good, it's a combo I like to employ when mowing the lawn and someone's nicked my joggers.

I'd like to mention that we've perfected the look here in Australia.

I wear socks with sandals. But not when Im wearing shorts, only when Im wearing jeans. I do it cause its comfortable and because the pair of sandles I own are too lose without a pair of costco socks on.

Is it dorky, probably. Do I wear black or brown socks with them. No. So I guess I score a few points for being semi-aware. My sandles are not those addias types that look okay with socks, but they dont look at dorky at you might suspect.

Can't really comment, as I don't wear sandals. When things are accidentally dropped on one's foot, it seems to hurt MUCH less when wearing closed-toe footwear with a tongue going up the arch of the foot. It also tends to hurt very little at all when one is wearing a piece of footwear completely surrounding the foot with leather and metal, a la New Rock boots.
