Judge rules Disabled woman must give birth

Um, Guys....
Shouldn't the real issues discussed here be
a)- Who raped the woman? They should be executed in my opinion. She's got the mind of a 1 year old, and someone did that two her? Unless it was someone with the mind of a 5 - 10 year old, kill them.
b)- How did the rape happen? Aren't there gaurds and video cameras? (provided it wasn't a gaurd, nurse or doctor)
Actually, I think, in THIS case, trying to assign someone to protect the fetus's rights was a good idea. Here is why
1- The mother has the mental capacity of a 1 year old, right? She can't make decisions for herself. Someone with brains needs to be doing that. Sadly, the mother lacks them.
2- Right now, because of that, the fetus is basically a non-person, until someone with the brains to protect it is assigned.
The mother isn't capable of saying "no, don't hurt my baby". They need someone that IS. You see, in a real pregnancy, the mother is looking out for her and the baby. Someone with legal gaurdianship over the mother could decide the baby is a threat and have it aborted, without considering the baby (which most mothers would do). With a gaurdian, you have that 'second opinion.
While I partially believe in abortion (very specific circumstances, like the baby in question showing intelligence in any way, including responding to stimullus is a NO. One that is going to be borne dead, brain-dead, or with severe deformities, yes. Cause by a violent rape and the baby's exsistence is causing the mother severe mental problems, yes, but see if keeping the mother unconcious for the rest of the pregnancy is an option....), I think this is a case where not to abort.

This is ridiculous. Taxpayer dollars down the drain, just because of the supposed immorality of killing a fetus who'll grow-up to have a shit life anyway.
Fragment of the Lord of Nightmares, release thy heavenly retribution. Blade of cold, black nothingness: become my power, become my body. Together, let us walk the path of destruction and smash even the souls of the Gods! RAGNA BLADE!
