Closer to blind. From the (rather little) I've seen, he doesn't deserve a ban. But, it's already been decided, so it doesn't matter anymore.

He had been doing this most of the time for the past few days, and the threads in which he participated quickly developed into flame wars with his wall of ignorance, strawman and ad hominen's.
He deserves the ban.

If KK deserves to be banned, there are several others who deserve it... some in this thread.

I doubt he'll change any time soon. He seems unusually persistent, like Darkstar.

But it probably won't. I bet that when he comes back he'll be even worse.
