I suppose, but it's a lot less than what she'd get if she just didn't divorce the guy. If she has any brains, she'll stick around as long as he lets her.

UPDATE: Manager of the Pink Pony and his girlfriend drugged Whittaker and plotted to steal the money after the girlfriend (a dancer) walked the millionaire out to his car to fetch more money earlier in the evening.

The girlfriend was heard to state "Somebody should rob him", before she mixed the contents of two blue capsules (substance unknown at this time) into Whittaker's drink.
