If you listen to it in full it gets to be quite upbeat in certain parts. Especially about 1 minute into it.

The Jaws theme, and selected parts from the Psycho soundtrack.

On another note: In the Hall of Mountain King? Who the fuck is frightened by that? It's about as scary as The Sorceror's Apprentice.
Don't hate; appreciate!

RIP Eddie.

I can't remember--has anyone mentioned the remix of the theme music to "Requiem for a Dream?" That's pretty scary in a sad yet kickass kind of way...

Heres an idea: Get some old childrens music box songs and slow them down. ALOT. Upbeat songs that have been slowed sound really creepy.

not really, we have all of this white stuff comming down from the sky, and I keep singing. "Oh, the weather outside is frightful and the fire is so delightful, and as long as you love me soooo. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow."

much to the annoyance of tourists...

The scariest folk song lyrics are "My Boy Grew up to be just like me" from cats in the cradle by Harry Chapin

I'd be laughing and singing along, YB. So long as you had me a good seat by that fireplace, and hot cocoa or cider on tap.

Back on topic, when I saw the title to this thread, I was thinking more along these lines:
"Monster Mash"
"One-eyed, One-horned Flying Purple People Eater"

And all the other popular Halloween-y songs played on the radio this time of year. ;)

Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.
