I think in Singapore oral sex is only illegal if done without intercourse along with it... Found that information while researching prostitution.

Now, let's throw in the caveat.
In the entire history of Singapore independence, this law has never, repeat, never, been enforced among consenual couples whom are above the legal age of consent.
The law, in a lengthy process that has taken a couple of year will soon add in the caveat "not among consenual adults". When will this finally be passed into law? As soon as Parliament finish more urgent business. Which of course, may be never
