Are you sure? I'd never heard of "Free Speech Zones" until the Bush Administration.

As Joe said alot of colleges have "Free Speech Zones" and the zones make alot of sense. After all separating the opposing sides removes the possibilty of a fight or other such things. Clinton did have them and he was not the first either.
