My most painful injury ever was when I was a teenager. I ODed on 'shrooms, lost consciousness (I stopped breathing or something), fell down and cut my head open on a door frame, thus getting a concussion and a vagina-shaped wound on my forehead, then when I realized what happened (a half-hour later) I decided it would be best to drive 100 miles to see my sister so she could bring me to the hospital.

That hurt a lot, and it really, really, really sucked.

Do you really want to know whats the most painfull thing that could happen[size=0]accidently squeezing you left ball that really really hurt.....don`t ask me how it happen i`m still trying to figure it ,even after 20 year i don`t know how.[/size]

Not the most painful thing that's ever happened to me, but my house is currently being renovated & there are lots of nails lying around the house that have been snipped off at about 5mm from the head, so they're extra sharp & lie with the pointy bit facing up. I keep treading on the wretched things at the most unexpected moments. It's the sheer unexpectedness that's the worst thing about it. Fortunately, I have not done any serious damage so far, thanks to my calloused, hobbit-like feet.

Hurts like a mother when you do it. Hurts until you pop it back into place and then it hurts like a mother again and then it aches for a very long time. It also tends to give you nice little pain reminders for a long time.
