Although I haven't gathered any hard data on this topic, I would guess that men, in general, have the potential to give better blowjobs. We have bigger mouths, longer tongues, and intimate first-hand knowledge of how to get a guy off.

I would have to agree with Dale though, tis better to give than receive. Nothing like getting someone to shimmy and shake at your slightest move.
