No one else in my ISP's user forum has had any problems getting through to SB so this looks like some kind of glitch on Kier's end. I've sent him an email and asked him to look into the problem.
For the moment it's possible to log into SB by using one of the numerous open web proxies scattered around the net. This kind of messing isn't exactlylegal so I'm not going to be any more specific.
