Buddy, if we tried to adhere to your standards, 70%plus of us would never post anything.

And seriously, you don't have to post OFTEN. Just do it semi-regularly. I've been a lurker for quite a while, and I've never been the most regular of contributors (though there's propably people who would say it's better that way ), but there's always been something worth commenting ...

I started "lurking" from when the board was started. Initially I didn't "join" because I saw it as somewhat TOO "geeky"- eventually I decided that it was worth participating in just to test Mike's relentless logic.

I have the distinction of having been purged. *sniff* I joined not more then a week after the board was made, but was deleted in the first purge. all those loveable stars....j/k. I support the purges, and I certainly had it coming. I'm also a lurker, and lately haven't even been coming to the forum to do that, what with the end of school coming. (three more days of finals!). It was weird, my life kinda sped up and SDNet was left behind. The first week was weird (OMG! I haven't been to SDNet in days! oh, the horror!) but the weeks turned into a month or so and I moved on. I hope this post will be an inaugural to my return to the board, and as it will be summer (summer---> vacation) the beginning of being a contributor. three cheers for me!

well I don't plan on being purged...
