On my right side facing the wall for a number of reasons;
1. There's less chance of my falling out of bed which I've been known to do.
2. It makes sure any light coming in the window stays out of my eyes.
3. It means I'm not facing the tv and start wondering whats on.
4. Sometimes I talk in my sleep, so mumbling into the wall is better than mumbling to the rest of the room if anyones staying on the spare bed.
5. If I happen to be sharing my bed, and I'm too lazy to pull the double bed down, there's room for them (although that hasn't been a reason in a while).

I don't know how I'll make it through the night when/if I get married. I absolutely hate sharing a bed with another person. You have to worry about not hogging the covers, if they have enough room, etc.
beds 2 feet across are best, that way you can curl up with them
I curl up on my side, arm around a pillow underneath, arm over pillow, head on fist.

I roll around until I get to sleep. I usually end up on one of my sides, but during the course of the night I roll around some more and end up in all sorts of positions. On my stomach, back, sides, backwards, sitting up in a stool a sports celebration party...
(Roommates really hate me.)

I don't seem to have one position in which I sleep far more often all the others. Sometimes on my tummy, sometimes spooned between Jax and Michelle, sometimes on my back with them snuggling into my chest.

Usually on my sides, since it facilitates bending my legs, since my bed is too short for me to lay straight and flat with the covers on. Even when I sleep in a longer bed I'm usually on my sides though.

I usually end up on my side, curled up.
On one side, stretched all over.

On whichever side puts my back towards the wall (currently my left.) I try to avoid sleeping on my back since I'm prone to sleep paralysis nightmares.

doesn´t matter, as long as my limbs are stretched all over the place. that makes it sort of hard to sleep with girlfriends. i even pushed one out of my bed while sleeping once.

I can only fall asleep on my back. When I wake up initially I'm usually on my back, but I'll turn around and lay on my front for a while before I actually get out of bed.

Absolutely random. It's different everytime for me. What's interesting is how I wake up. My alarm clock is loud and has a shrill, piercing beep. It makes me literally jump out of bed every morning. Most of the time I land in a low crouch, as if I was expecting someone to attack me (with my sleep-addled brain, I might be). Once I slipped, and landed sprawled on my face. I became fully awake, and wondered why I was staring at the ground, an inch from my eyes.

I usually can't fall asleep on my back. Otherwise i'll fall asleep on my side or my stomach. Apparently i toss and turn quite a bit while sleeping, as oftentimes i've found the covers completely off my bed, off of me but still on the bed, or totally reversed at times.

My roommate tells me it's hilarious to watch me when my alarm clock goes off, usually it only makes it to the third beep before I vanquish it.
Except sometimes during the school year when I'm incredibly lethargic.

Its called the wonders of the beer truck my friend, Coffien racks because shipboard coffins are bigger plus unlike shipboard, you don't have half a dozen case/server fans whirling nearby as par for the course
(For those that don't know what I'm talking about, picture sleeping atop a big air conditior onto of a carboard box(Which is about how thick the matress is)

Have you ever a heard an alarm that sounds just like yours on TV or in a movie and been startled for a moment? That's happened to me several times.

Better yet: imagine a mockingbird outside your bedroom window that mimics your alarm, and starts around 5 in the morning. I hated that fucking bird.

I sleep on my side or fetal, but I cannot sleep on my back. Seriously, I have never fallen asleep while on my back. It just doesn't work.
