As I said before, I want an example made of him. I've seen numerous officers get away with shit so bad that if an NCO did it, they'd be in the stockade so fast they wouldn't know what hit them. Plus dishonourably discharged. This could serve as a warning to the rest of them.
yeah, i know that.
but you´re basicly saying that because the NCOs are treated like shit the military should also treat the officers by shit.
i´m asking you why it shouldn´t be like this: the military doesn´t treat the officers like shit and doesn´t treat the NCOs like shit either.

Yes, it blocks certain sites. Mostly porn related. I could easily access Stardestroyer.net from there though. I don't know what criteria they use to filter out the sites. I did notice however that the firewall can be gotten around by going to Google and typing in the site you want. That particular method doesn't work for porn though.
I'm pretty sure that this Capt was surfing the net from home on a laptop given to him by the CF to work at home on. It's SOP for high ranking officers to be given a laptop for home use.

I really wish it was like that. The officers seem to be taught that the NCO's are scum, when they do their training. I worked with Officer Cadets one year, and they were fine. And when they came back as full-fledged officers they were assholes. The military seems to treat us NCO's as if we are expendable, they don't care about our welfare and generally look down on us. This attitude has carried over for discipline as well, with the NCO's recieving harsh punishments.
To answer your question Salm, there's no reason other than ingrained attitudes why the officers and NCO's shouldn't be treated with equal respect.
