Oh, come on, the man accidentally lifts covered binoculars to his eyes as a photo is taken and you cite it as proof that he's an idiot.

So, too, would those who have on occasion forgotten to zip their pants, to jiggle when they piss, or locked the keys in the car (pre-number pad) be idiots, by that rather foolish criteria.

i´m pretty sure that nobody takes this photo as proof for his idocity. the way he acts is enough proof that he´s an idiot!

True, but some people commit such stupid acts more often than others. Bush is remarkably high on the scale. And his communication abilities would be OK ... if English were his second language. As it is, they're downright embarrassing.

That will only work if the conquerors treat the people better than he did. If the change strikes them as one for the worse, you will have another Chechnya.
