Lack of oxygen to or disruption of the brain is what kills people. This is caused by damage inflicted by kinetic energy. The kinetic energy is delivered by a bullet in the case of a shooting but can be delivered by most anything and be supplied by anything from a propllent charge to a generator to a persons fists.

So basically, they should just sue humanity for being in such poorly made bodies. :D

First off, let me get my troll out. You guys are fucking hillarious. Who to sue next?

Second of all, it's fucked up how many ways you can actually fucking sue. This is horse shit to the nth fucking degree. They should sue themselves, for allowing him to get in the way of the bullet. Am I right?

They at this point do not have any money, so why would you want to sue them, now their lawyers on the other hand have money so lets sue them for wasting the time of the courts.

I really hope that with this administration and Congress, that the people who be will start some sort of TORT reform and help stem some of this bull shit.

This is nothing,,,,

Hell, why not sue God? He could have prevented this, or at least that's wht Creationists make him out to be.

I already suggested that at the top of this page. God should be used through his proxy, the Catholic Church. They can either pay up or renounce his existence. If the Pope can speak for god then he can pay for him as well.

If you can sue gun distributors for damages, you can sue car companies, too. Regardless, the gun shop owner is not responsible for the use of a weapon which he legally sold.
