Definitely get a bigger case and heatsink. Try to find one with at least a 420W PSU or you'll crash a lot.

My HDD averages 55 degrees, my CPU generally somewhere between 45-50. At about 50 degrees on my CPU, the fan starts considering whether it should turn on.
Is there a way to trick my fan into going on all the time when my laptop is plugged, while making it not go on as long as possible on batteries (since then I might be interested in saving battery power over my CPU).
