I run home from school about everyday, it's a mile run and I carry about, 20 or so pounds on my back, more likely 30. Not to mention that I live in Buffalo so it's now around....25 to 35 degrees farienheit (So horribly misspelled) during my run and I'm usually not to winded. What winds me is when I damn near sprint about half a mile. Oh the pain....

Probably -2 or so now, I've been kinda inactive for the last month or so, but I can still run a couple miles without any problems. Crappy weather and work means I don't get out nearly as much as I want to, once it gets cold for good I can start start skating and playing hockey and bump up my fitness a fair bit. My fitness drops in the fall and spring while the weather's making up it's mind and I don't have a good outdoor activity to do.

I also try to eat a bit healthier than I used to. Unfortunately, I only eat twice a day because the cafeteria's not open long enough.
at the moment i´m not very fit. i havent gone running for a couple of months. and now it´s too fucking cold to go running. i´m pretty woosy when it comes to running in the cold.
MAHOK!
Me = shinsplints. Running = shinsplints. Shinsplints = No running. Me = No running.

I did a single mile (as a freshman in HS) in 5:40.
As a junior, 8:00.
I can walk it in 10.
