The first thing I noticed about the microwave weapon when it was used on the ship at sea was that it wasn't plugged into anything. Where did all the energy come from? Thin air?

Yes. Actually, the first time I saw Liam Neeson with his snarky mustache/goatee thing, I though "that looks like Rhas Al Ghul." Then they introduce Ken Watanabe, and I thought "Oh. He must be like another Rhas Al Ghul."
