All the Ring of Fire missions were hard. I remember one mission having a monk boss that healed faster than two elemenalists with meteor shower, two warriors and six other casters could deal damage to it (it was a Mursaat Monk Boss). We had to give up and try the whole mission over, and we got another more forgiving boss. Another mission had two monk bosses sitting next to each other and the only reason why we won was because we had a good warrior who had the backbreaker skill to interrupt the monk bosses. The final mission had me as the only monk, and I was frantically healing every member in the party with word of healing and osirion.

Mesmers and necros are great boss killers. Rangers are also very nice against spellcasting bosses. Use spells/abilities that cause damage over time against high armor bosses. Also use spells that hinder or even stop the spellcasting ability of an enemy caster. Power block & blackout are very effective against healers.

I'm finding backfire to be very useful against almost all npc spellcasters (especially the doppleganger), mainly since they keep casting. Chaos storm is also resonably effictive on other spell casters, unless they move.

If anybody has a rune of Superior Divine Favor or any other Superior monk runes, send a tell (I will pay if you want). In a couple days I'm going to start farming the UW and see if I can collect some cash (it's taken awhile to save up the money for the superior runes and get all the skills I need).

I hear there are mesmers in the UW now. Anybody farm the UW and know how successful spellbreaker is at stopping these mesmers, and whether you can kill the mesmers off before the spellbreaker wears off in 16 seconds?

Nm, bought the superior runes from players today. Anyway, I am cutting down the hours in guild wars, at least for a couple weeks. Although I'm a liberal arts major, there is still a lot of reading and I need to get a life . However I am conscious of the fact that I was promoted to officer partly because I am an active player. I also know that Gaius and Autumn have difficult schedules and are unable to log on most of the time.

Therefore I am setting regular office hours, from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays, EST (unless I get asked to work overtime, if I'm not online during these times I'm at my manual labor job). I offer a variety of services.

• Farming. How to farm, where to farm, when to farm. I can help you set up your invincimonk. If you have 30k in your bank and a monk primary that has completed most of the game, I can help you set up your build. I also have a build less effective but usually just as good for elementalist using the Mist Form skill. You will be able to solo trolls, giants, dwarves and more, and rake in the cash. One person I talked to said she made 100k in two days of playing farming the griffens.
• Running. If you've beaten most of the game, you don't want to play all the missions over again after you create a new character. I can run you through the map, everywhere except Drokars, and I can even run the Sanctum Cay mission to get you to the desert. I can run the jungle, the run from Yak's Bend to Beacon's Perch to avoid three or four long missions.
• Missions. I can help you defeat Thunderhead Keep, or any of the Ring of Fire missions. I can also help with any other mission, although most missions can be defeated by henchmen.
• Items. I have some gold items, although most are not useful at all. I haven't started farming in bulk yet (that will be for winter vacation when I go for my blitz to make a million bucks in one week), so I don't have very good items. I can let you take a look at what I have though. I also have a massive amount of raw materials stocked up including bones, cloth, iron and so on, all in quantities of 500 or more.
• Loans. I am pretty poor now, but in a couple weeks I should be raking in the cash farming with my invincimonk. I had nearly 50k, but now I'm down to 10k after spending on superior monk runes and armor for my four characters.

I have a warrior, a monk, a necromancer and an elementalist, all level 20 and all in late stages of the game if not finished the game entirely. They're all decked out in max armor, and I have over 100 hours or more of experience playing each class.

If you can't make Sundays or Saturdays, I can meet you at the time of your choosing, if you are stuck somewhere or especially if you have created a new character and don't want to do all the missions over again.

I might become more active in a few weeks when I get everything set up and my routine going, but for now it's just Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST.

Non-guild members can also ask for my help, and I'm more than happy to oblige, within reason of course : - ).
