But that's the thing. There's little steps foward and then there's big steps foward. If you follow the computer industry for a while you start to notice a pattern. There is always a new product on the horizon that will boost your processing power/disk capacity/bandwidth/memory size by 50% or 100% or some such ridiculous number. These products are always overhyped and when they arrive they do offer better performance but usually in the 10% - 20% range.

If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Of course, if you're in no hurry (like me) you can go ahead and wait. Maybe Yonah really will be significantly better. It'll probably take 6 months to find that out, but if you aren't in a hurry you don't have anything to lose.
