The problem is, most targets don't move like that bullseye, they're often somewhat predictable, esp. in an FPS. If I see a guy moving across the street, I have a pretty good idea where he's going, and at what rate he is moving. The Bullseye is far more random. Higher scores are better, but of course, this test doesn't tell all.

But now I've set myself up for a poor result! You know that ruler-grabbing thing from high-school science? I sucked at that. As IB said, people move in predictable ways.

For FPSs, I play Natural Selection almost exclusively. I'm used to smaller targets moving at faster speeds than these things, which is probably why my reaction time is that great :P

214, 4.5 degrees. I just started playing my first FPS a week and a half ago, so I'm not too good.
A Government founded upon justice, and recognizing the equal rights of all men; claiming higher authority for existence, or sanction for its laws, that nature, reason, and the regularly ascertained will of the people; steadily refusing to put its sword and purse in the service of any religious creed or family is a standing offense to most of the Governments of the world, and to some narrow and bigoted people among ourselves.

Those numbers are very close to mine and I play an embarassing amount of Call of Duty: United Offensive. :? Although I'm rarely over 210, I'm equally rarely under 200 flat.

Regular badminton must be paying off, either that, or the Razer Copperhead mouse + ungodly amount of time in Quake 3 type games :P

3 tries:
171ms, 4.2 degree off.
180ms, 4.4 off
176ms, 4.8 off

I could probably do better if I'm not listening to music and chatting at the same time.

EDITED:
Can't break 165 even when I try. I get consistent 166~170, <4.5 off.

EDITED 2:
Interesting note: if I "play" this like I'm trying to use a hitscan weapon, I can get my degree off down to sub 4 degrees, but my reaction time will not go down beyond 175. If I "play" it like I'm using a rocket launcher ie just place the crosshairs as fast as possible, I get it down to <170 easily, but degree off will be >4 degrees.

This is so bloody addictive, and probably good practice too.
I know there is a method, but all I see is the madness.

197ms 4.6 degrees
201ms 4.2 degrees

That's surprising, I thought I'd be off by more.

205ms

3.9 degrees off.

It figures. I have great aim but my response time is kinda sucky.
Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.

Yet what he creates tends to be total shit. Example: Ode to Spot.
Purely subjective. Believe it or not, there are people who like that poem.
There are people who like to eat shit too. Those people are idiots.- Darth Servo and Bounty.
