Isn't this the reason we don't trust wikipedia here? Because people can just change the articles to make them suit their purpose; in this case, many bad examples.

I have a real problem with the Han Solo example especially. Someone who doesn't (at least in the beginning) believe in the Force using a Sith Dun Möch technique? Bullshit.

Other than the non-Force user examples, it sounds like a legitimate technique. I find it hard to believe that they didn't include the final battle between Vader and Luke in RotJ as an example. I suppose that Emperor Palpatine wasn't using his lightsabre, but there certainly were hideous amounts of insults that urged Luke to strike at him. And then he started laughing.
*shudders* If that's not Dun Möch, I don't know what is.

I could use this an excuse though. "It wasn't verbal assault, your Honour, it was Dun Möch!"

This explains why Yoda lost to Palpatine. Thanks for the enlightening info!

Even some non-Force users have learned to use dun möch. Jabba the Hutt used it to good effect, referring to Han Solo as "Bantha Poodoo". Solo later proved his own mastery of this technique, referring to the crime lord as a "worm-ridden piece of filth". Solo used the other technique of dun möch during the Battle of Endor, distracting an Imperial officer by throwing a shoulder bag at him, causing the officer to fall into the reactor shaft. Another Imperial officer later used dun möch on Han Solo, calling him "Rebel scum".
Hahahaha wtf?!
Perhaps foreshadowing his fall to the Dark Side, Anakin Skywalker proved adept at dun möch when he was nine years old, driving off the belligerent Sebulba. It is speculated that Anakin learned dun möch from his master Watto, who was also adept at it.
AHAHAhahaha
Count Dooku even took it upon himself to teach the Separatists' battle droids the art of dun möch, as shown by one of them referring to R2-D2 as a "stupid little astro-droid".

I shall now demonstrate my own dun möch skills and say that the person who wrote that Wiki article was a flaming moron with the intelligence of a half rotten apple. :D

Perhaps Anakin inadvertenly used dun möch in that scene on mustafar where he yells "LIAR!" after Padme says "I love you" and then accuses her of being "with him" (ie: cheating). This causes her to lose the will to live!

Perfect...

Woah... When Anakin said, "You're with him!", he meant that in a sexual way? I thought he simply meant that in a 'You brought him along with you!' kind of way.

I always took Dun Möch to be one of many means to distract and disturb your opponent while in combat, which makes perfect sense, especially when fighting Jedi which heavily relies on their focus, but to stick to the light and when using the force in general.

However, the article from Insider is suspect since Darth Maul was supposed to be a prime user of this technique while we only hear him utter a few words during TPM. The EU is ripe with examples, though. Saying that an Imperial officer while insulting Han was using Dun Möch is just silly. It's supposed to be a freaking combat technique, like kiai.

Indeed, Darth Maul is one of the few Sith I can think of who didn't use the technique. And yes, the second part of the entry was simply someone being a moron (and its unsupported by the Insider article).
