I thought it was some sort of tumor at first. ...It's quite disturbing.
But, I guess women do all sorts of ridiculous things to their bodies to "look better" (You know, Doctor... I just don't think my vagina is cute enough. ) so, why wouldn't a guy. As extreme as this is, it really isn't hard to believe.
