That was actually born out of a thread at Something Awful, I think some guy got snotty after pictures of his girlfriend didn't get the standing ovation he expected, and someone posted that in response.

I don't think it really works on it's own because the girl's not nearly fat enough to make the Photoshop caption funny.

I believe this is as far as the search into his real identity went. The "Investigation" and "Truth" YTMND craze largely died off after the Unfunny Truth About Scientology was placed in the hall of fame, and I guess people just lost interest in tracking him down.
