Cyrine followed Lazarus, leaving behind only what had been at her bunk before their arrival. Damn, but it looked like they'd be sleeping on the floor again tonight.

"Sounds good to me. I'm tired of this scum grun... penal soldiers already. I've been in need of some equipment."
Still carrying all he came with, Octavius cocks his autostub and heads toward the door of the barracks, affixing his mace so it will be at the ready. "We need to move fast. I do not want to fight my way out of the base. Once we're outside we should report to officer Kalimus of the local Arbites. He might be able to help us but I don't think we should rely on him. I also suspect the guard unit might be involved with whatever 'Silvanius' is. At the very least there might be some who know of it."

Hive - Going to Transit Station
Unable to restrain his backseat driving instincts, Zak cannot help but lead from the rear with pointed "No, that's way,"s and "I think it's over here,"s. Eventually he manages to steer the group to the lockers at the transit station.

The group's exit from the Guard base was uneventful, save for several guardsmen openly glaring at Octavius as he left. The guards at the base's exit shot him glares of pure distain and muttered. "Go get lost in the underhive somewhere."

Once there, Cyrine looked around for the rest of the party. Hopefully they hadn't left with the keys yet.

Despite being a hard ass he has some good ideas.
"As long as you know the man, and haven't pissed him off, sure lets meet him. After we go to the Administratum first. So far we don't even have a real target he could help with."

Camillia spotted some other members of their group approaching the transit station as she was about to leave. Waving them over, she told them quietly, "The Captain left some local clothes for us in those lockers, as well as a map. We were just going to leave and find some information."

"Thanks," Cyrine smiled. "Good luck and try not to get shot. We're going to go look for the Administratum - again."
She grew more serious, lowering her voice to a whisper. "Arbite Draconicus ran into some trouble with the Lieutenant." She quickly explained what had happened. "We probably should find another place to meet up again, as I don't think we're welcome on base any more."
"How about the hab block there?" she said, pointing down a street at an apartment complex.

Local clothes. Thats the type of detail a pro would think of. Or someone who's been trained in this sort of thing.
"Thanks Camilla. We're going to see what we can find in Administratum records. Be carefull back at the base. That piece of shit Lt. has it in for us, wants to put us on lockdown or something. Good luck with your operations. I take it you are lookin' into the local underworld?"
Lazarus was kind of glad all the Psychers were in the other half of the team. Frankly he knew nothing of what the actual dangers associated with them were, but the rumours were bad enough. They represented an unknown danger.

"Wonderful. I can finally get out of this uniform and to work. Notice, I have already spoken to local arbites officials but as far as they're concerned I'm the only one with the Captain. If they approach us, you don't know me."
Octavius disappeared for a moment and then reappeared dressed like those around him. His suit was tight fitted and uncomfortable. He wrapped up his uniform in an extra large set of pants in the locker and hid his arbites ID amongst them, along with his shotgun and strapped it to his back much like one would a rucksack at least until he can buy something more suitable and less obvious. His pistol is hidden under his overcoat and when he is done he looks a bit like a worn down traveler than an upper hiver.

Zachary gathers up an eclectic mixture of common clothing and stuffs it in his backpack for now, leaving his Administratum robe and flak jacket on. He does elect to re-secure his gunbelt so his stubber is a little less obvious, and thus satisfied, he turns to the rest of the group.
"Well... I think that does it, then. If there are no objections, I propose we set about finding a more hospitable Administratum outlet this time."

Cyrine was also pleased by the presence of local clothes - both for their capability as a disguise and because they were rather higher quality than the threadbare coveralls she'd been sent out with. After she had changed and concealed her pistol, knife, ammunition, and telescoping club in the pockets and waistband of the new clothes, she went back into the open and approached Lazarus.
"Since you aren't going to be disguised, maybe you had better take my autogun. One more rifle won't make you any more noticeable, and you can toss it to me if we, ah, get in a fight."

Lazarus put on a uniform of the local Guard unit. He wasn't going anywhere in this shithole without his armor. He also purchased a duffle bag, spending his last four Geld.
Need somewhere to store all these damn longuns.
He placed his lasgun, shotgun, associated ammuniton, sword and two frags in the duffle bag. Now at least he looked like a guardsman who might be off duty.
Responding to Cyrine he said,
"Sure I can haul an autogun."
He placed it in his duffle bag with the rest of his armaments, and slung the bag over his shoulder.
"Lets get going."

Havelock had arrived with Cyrine at the locks in the transit station. A quick moment with the keys had gotten his robes locked up safely. It would be troublesome if he got in some manner of trouble since he'd left almost anything that could identify him as something other than a hive ganger here, but it would have to do.
He leaned against a locker, listening as teams began to form.

Transhive Hub, Upper Hive
After walking for nearly half an hour, Verum noted that they were approaching the first of the sites identified on the map.
"Right then, here we are," he said. "Lady Camillia, this looks like a decent place to find some entertainment."
"Entering The Quenched Wench give us a few minutes and then head on in," he subvocalized into his comm. With that he gently opened the door and motioned for Camillia to enter.

In the Station, then going through the hive.
Everyone seemed ready to hit it, and by looking at the only functional clock in the transit station, the hour was getting late.
Lazarus adressed the motly crew over the earpiece.
"Alright, lets head out. Let's watch each other's asses and stay close. If you see anything fucked up tell somebody."
Someone might think I know what I'm doing
Lazarus stayed right next to Zakary during the trip, making sure no one tried anything against the wounded scholar.

ALPHA TEAM en route to administratum
Cyrine stayed close to the others, engaging the others in a subdued but cheerful banter about the weather, the fit of the clothes, her impressions of the hive (she'd never seen one before), and so on, while every so often casting surreptitious glances behind them and staying alert for trouble.

The trip to the Administratum building was relatively long, but mercifully boring. Arbites patrolled the streets in particularly high numbers, as they did through most of the upper hive. The towering spire of the Administratum reached far beyond the vaulted ceiling of this level of the hive. Not much traffic was going in or out, but there were still some people. Servitors armed with shock mauls stood at each door, checking to make sure any who entered were meant to be there.

The Quenched Wench was a seedier bar for the Upper Hive, clearly meant to appeal to under and middlehivers that stopped here after a day's work. For midafternoon, the bar was still fairly busy, most likely filled with those just having come off odd-hour shifts. The lights were soft and tinted, leaving many darkened booths and corners. A few patrons turned as the group entered, then shrugged and went back to their drinks.

ALPHA TEAM administratum entrance
Eying the crackling shock mauls of the combat servitors at the door, Cyrine decided to stand back and let Adept Zakary take care of this part.
I hope he brought an ID or something. Those fleshpuppets don't look very interested in conversation...

Tightening the straps to the duffel bag he had purchased upon seeing the utility of Lazarus' idea, Quintos asks, "Do you need anything put in here Father Havelock?" Already Quintos had stashed his sword, lasgun, and shotgun so as to not freak out local law enforcement. His laspistol remained at his side and his knife at his belt, just in case.
Quintos was a bit unsure about his disguise though. Sure, he looked the part, but he wasn't stupid. He knew that he wouldn't sound the part, having never been in a hive before. He would just let Havelock do most of the talking and look threatening.

Inside the Quenched Wench
Verum approached the bar and asked for a drink. "A nice bottle of Amasec would do well my good man." Slipping the bartender a sizeable tip and smiling, he takes two glasses and sits at the bar, pouring one for himself and one for his companion. Verum attempted to make small talk with Camillia while listening for conversation around him.

Varnius approached the bar, his robes making him appear to be just another faceless low level clerical functionary. "Beer," he ordered.

Serghar Gelt was in a bad mood. It wasn't without reason-he had been roused from his bunk by a young woman after Octavius had returned. And he had put two and two together and deduced that any arbites at all might not be welcome there any time soon. Pausing only to gather up his weapons and to grab one of everything from their new equipment stash, he had followed the others to a raucous transit station. Which then cause him to wonder out loud.
"Wait a second. How did this get here? The Captain didn't have time to set this up unless he used an Astropath to contact some agents already here. We can't be the only people he's got working for him." He pulled a heavy jacket and a pair of overalls close to his size from the supply of cloathing and retreated to put them on. "Still, this represents a chance for us to set up a legitimate second base of operations closer to this Hive's underbelly. Shouldn't take too long to get a finger on the underworld and start figuring it out. And the Arbites sound pretty stretched, so we might have a few opportunities for our business there as well." A lighter came out and applied a few artful scorch marks to the jacket before it went on. "Well, how do I look? Peak of underhive fashion, right?"
