You're getting that the wrong way around. The disease was for use on the goa'uld. The Aschen just gave out a longevity vaccine that makes people sterile.
The Draka, on the other hand *did* wipe out hundreds of millions of people with a disease and *then* enslave them and *then* alter their offspring.

The Aschen didn't even properly enslave them. They induced an agricultural society, yes, but all indications are that they did so relatively gently, via market forces. And sterilization, granted.
No, there's really no comparison. In this universe, the Aschen are pretty much good guys.
