I'm just saying that as far as Straha is concerned in game, you guys DID perpetrate the attacks.

The best thing the Alliance could have done was send a nasty letter to the White Suns telling them they were to the wolves, and sat back at home and start a major fleet build up.

What, Thirdfain wants the the Ousters to be top dogs, and the easiest way to achieve that is to kill as many of the unaltered humans as possible. Its not like he hasn't come right out and said to other nation's diplomats that the only use the Ousters have for anyone else is their utility in achieving the Diaspora.

No, that's the worst thing we could have done. The Alliance would disintegrate if it consistently refused to actually follow it's charter and defend it's members.

You kidding? I've never said that. I've said I want the Diaspora, but I've been mad cooperative with human nations. Hell, the 3rd War Cluster spent months over Earth bringing up loads of refugees for it's field hospitals.

Sure, and then you'd frame the Draconis for genocide, the Psilons for piracy, Nashtar for Political incorrectness, and the UP for jaywalking, and leave me sitting alone at the bottom of the map. That's really an improvement from having it out when we at least had the False Hope of even odds.

1.) I am playing IC. 2.) The Ousters are wiping out civilians of the White Suns simply because they are citizens of the White Suns and members of the races of the Confederation. This is the definition of genocide, and it is what he is doing in game, and everyone knows it. The fact is hardly OOC knowledge.

It's a defensive alliance. It was pretty clear that opposing me meant death at your current fleet counts.

On to serious matters, regarding the distribution of Shi fleet power:

Each Black Tide supercarrier is intended to represent approximately 1.4 Supercapital allotments(total so far 11.2)

Each Superdreadnought goes for 2.5 Supercap slots (21.2)

Maulers represent 3.8 build allotments per(25) Which among other things, explains my lack of cruiser and escort builds, and dearth of efforts to do things like bribe the Krell to attack someone else.

This is under the assumption that since I joined back in May, I received the full starting ship count.

Off of serious matters: If I gave up my entire fleet and starting planets, could I have started with an Imperator class Star Destroyer?
