See if Astinius can port me over to my monastery of origin to see if they will help at all, and bring me and any assistance back.

I ask one of the mages (or Coaan) if they could help me open a few portals to the elemental planes.

Ok, first a portal opens to the Plane of Air.

"Hold this portal open."

Jax steps in for a moment, then steps back out.

A huge swarm of replicators flies out of the portal and start landing on the outer walls of the tower.

*jaw drops*

"Uh........yeah. I felt we needed an army to combat the leagon of bone so............stop looking at me like that."

*the swarm is still coming*

"Uh........we've got about 20,000 of these things to move, and it'll take forever at this rate.........any way you can speed it up?"

"20,000? I'm needed around here why exactly?"

(Erhart's waiting for for the dm to act out the Cormyr bit )

"Because one mage casing a clever little spell dosn't cause all of your limbs to fall off."

"Perhaps someone can explain to me." Malkamar stated as he held up a handful of Replicator peices in his hands. "Why this was in my bathroom." He glanced around as the swarm grows. "Ah. I see our Cleric is as resistant to learning simple ideas like 'don't endanger lifekind' as Adamantium is to strikes from soggy paper."

"Don't worry, these are much more docile then their forerunners. They will attack the leagon of bone for us and won't revolt...........i'm sure."

"I somehow suspect you were sure last time as well." Malkamar stated dryly. "Unless you plan on unleashing these on the Far Realm, I want them dismantled. They are dangerous, if only because they breed too fast. I would rather not see entire material worlds reduced to nothing but these little toys."

"No. Last time I wasn't even thinking about it. And don't worry, I won't bring any queen to the Prime Materiel. Just loyal warriors."

Jax whisles, and one flies up. The normal blue metal has been replaced with an off-white materiel, and it flies without wings.

"Interesting, isn't it?"

"Elemental. Like a human substituting Shadowstuff for flesh and becoming a Shade. A concept even Netheril didn't toy with, though not without benefits." Malkamar stated. "And here is where I lay down the rules. If you want to remain within a hundred miles of this Mythallar, if you want to help at all, you cap these things from reproducing as of now. They can replace losses, but we are not going to have some deathswarm that could overwhelm the Inner Planes."

"Heh, funny you should mention shadows........"

A jet-black replicator runs up, it leave a kind of shadow in the air behind it as it runs.

"But fine, I'll cap their production right away, the swarm won't go any larger then it currently is. at 1.2million warriors"

"I heard that." Malkamar absently stated. "No more produced. No new types either, trying to be sneaky." He crouches, touching the shadow replicator lightly. "Hrm. A touch of home. Nonetheless. Prepare them to harry Thay's inner borders.. Not the Legion Of Bone."

Jax looks distincly uncomfterble.
"I don't think you understand, that's 1.2 million of each kind. There are fire, earth, air, water, shadow, and light.......so it's really more like 7million......."
Jax tries to change the subject.
"But yes, i'll have the warrior ready to attack thay at a moments notice. Should I give their marching orders now?"

"Dispatch a small contingent to start. We want to panic Thay, not raze it to the ground. We aren't Gods, as much as it may be tempting to beleive we are. We must force our enemies to realize it costs too much to make war on us."

"Understood."

Jax walks up and whisles, one replicator of each type walks up, Jax pulls out a world map and holds it up in front of them.

"Commit this to memory."

There is a short pause, and each one went *chitter*.

"Good, take 500,000 fire and 500,000 shadow, the kind with the zat weapons. Fly to they and harras targets of opprotunity. Do you understand?"

*chitter*

"Good. go."

*a part of the swarm breaks off an flies away*

Jax then turns to the water replicator.

"Take 500,000 workers, and build an underwater palace. I expect it done within ten minutes. Take the rest and have them build a tunnel from that palace to the mainland."

He turns to the Celestial replicator.

"Fly to the city, and heal until your healing abilites are expended. Then return. Attack no one and nothing."

He turns to the earth replicator.

"Drop to under the water, and help the water replicators with the palace."

the rest of the swarm, except for a few fire and shadow, flies off.

"Aly, can you case Breathe Water and Feather Fall on me?"

"I can do the feather fall, but I dont have water breathing prepared"

"Ah well, just feather fall then."
