Awful hand drawings. We're talking about something that looks like someone drew it on the back of a napkin in 30 seconds.CSJM wrote:Some are hand drawings. Which isn't so bad in and of itself, but the images aren't too great either. One of the designs looks like an Akira (or a Steamrunner) class, as designed by Weiland-Utani. A distinct blocky feel.

I wish I knew how to post specific entries, there was one MS Paint entry that looked almost like Zods "Anti" enterprise complete with triangular saucer and brick shaped body. These are a hootGeneral Zod wrote:Awful hand drawings. We're talking about something that looks like someone drew it on the back of a napkin in 30 seconds.CSJM wrote:Some are hand drawings. You know, if you're going to quote me could you at least not refer to me in the third person like I'm not here? And I do believe I explicitly said that was an extremely rough sketch.Crossroads Inc. wrote:I wish I knew how to post specific entries, there was one MS Paint entry that looked almost like Zods "Anti" enterprise complete with triangular saucer and brick shaped body. So that will work. I will be her "agent" and agree to the rules for her, then she can still post it on their siteIf any group elects to collaborate on a Contest Entry, they are required to designate (1) person as the agent of the group to enter the contest, agree to these rules, and accept the prize on behalf of the group.
It also occurs to me that with voting already in progress, there is an advantage to submitting early.Sponsor may consult with the Grand Prize winner in the development of his/her Submission Image for integration into the game and may require that the Grand Prize winner complete a work-for-hire agreement pertaining to same for no additional consideration.
http://forums.startrekonline.com/showth ... ?p=3217037I'm really bothered right now by the way that it seems submissions are going in without review. One of my mods for ST:BC has already been submitted twice. I made that ship, I'm Canadian, and now, already, two people are trying to claim credit for my work. There really needs to be something more robust in place. Is there any way I can get those submissions pulled? I don't want someone else to be rewarded for my work. -DJ Curtis
Check out #573 if you can find it, I feel as though it has won already.Instant Sunrise wrote:I really hope #74 wins.
I'd post a picture but I don't know if it's kosher or not.
It's a US only contest for fanboys to design the next Enterprise. OF COURSE there is going to be a massive shitstormGeneral Zod wrote:I'll be amazed if a massive shitstorm doesn't result from this contest.
Well, I just changed the numbers behind Fuzzy's link and I do believe the two of you are being sarcastic!Crossroads Inc. wrote:Check out #573 if you can find it, I feel as though it has won already.Instant Sunrise wrote:I really hope #74 wins.
