I need to know who hasn´t gotten these pics yet, so that I may keep them away from you for all eternity. That is to say, if I ever found them in the first place. Which I didn´t. And certainly not two days ago. And not through the internet.

And if there´s someone who wants the leaked Ep. III model pics and production art from a while back, then I certainly can´t help you. And I won´t tolerate any PMs, that won´t be sent, of course, because there´s nothing to find. Nothing.

Agreed. I hope somewhere they flesh out what happens to Palpatine's Old Republic Lieutenants, Mas Amedda, Sly Moore, and Dar Wac. Are they rubbed out, Soviet-style, or are they well rewarded for their hand in the creation of the Empire?

Although he it is debatable whether Palpatine himself was a speciest, the highest echelons of his Court and military were, and Thrawn was a VERY conspicuous exception to a typically followed rule of anti-alien sentiment.

They were probably liquidated or simply replaced, and then vanished. Perhaps they clung on to the powerless Imperial Senate until it was disbanded.

EDIT: How can R2-D2 possibly fit in that droid socket. It has to be an integral droid model, like the Delta-7 Aethersprite.

Doug Chiang seems to have a lot of trouble with the concept of a droid socket. First there was the N-1 botchup, then the Delta-7 (where they just integrated the damn droid to fix it) and now the new Jedi Starfighter... jeez.

I'm pretty sure Chiang isn't on board for EIII...

But regardless, yeah, you'd think this would be something they'd have been checking for ever since the N-1.

Indeed, I just checked the Official Site, and Chiang's job has been taken by Erik Tiemens and Ryan Church.

I'm also a bit weary about R2 fitting in Anakin's fighter, unless the socket is extended further below, which might be the case since we can't see any of the underside in that picture. The N1 was one thing, but this would be a whole new world of stupid if nobody thought of some way to fixt that.

From the pic of the Jedistarfighter head on, it looks really sus. It's either another 'integrated' droid socket, or we have a poor angle on the pics and can't make a determination, or something... else.
