Six Primary worlds, with 10 colonies.
Thirdfain is laying claim to 1 Primary and 3 colonies from what I understand

Hey, I'm fine with Laz getting a new power but only if the former Jardanian military forces are now under my control, seeing as it was my protectorate. Any problems with this?

Nope. Your control will be total and complete, I think.
Though, I am rather disappointed. I was all set to unleash the greatest horror in existance on him. Pity.
Oh well, I'll just save it for now.

Doesn't matter. You shall all fall the same.
Guns are out, but I never said other things were. I'll let you all ponder that. Maybe I'm bluffing though. Can you be sure?

Lets see......Bio, and chemical are totally ineffective against a society with advanced mediacl tek, and they arn't that special anyway. Nukes are just another form of guns.......
I must admit, I am stumped.

Alyrium, if you're just going to rehash the Durandilians, why not just be some durandilians returning to known space?

I would be claiming the "historical" primary systems, the one's that the Arcane have held since ancient times. So, Aber-Toril, Ravenloft, plus change. There's some overlap with the Ousters, hence the negotiation. I don't believe I'm claiming any of his colonial territory or the more recently acquired primaries, so those are actually
completely open for you... except for the objections of Shark Bait and Rogue 9. So you don't actually have to pay me or grab anything from me. Good deal all around.

Cool beans.
And, yeah...I'm thinking the Atlanteans are going to be snubbed here, big time.

Well, I think he'll be able to pick up and reconstitute a few systems, probably. Thirdfain and I are taking maybe six systems between us (1 primary and 3 colonial for him, 3 primary and change for me--and we overlap at least once). That leaves two primaries and seven colonies. You might take three systems or so.
That leaves Shark Bait with something like five systems. Not a bad score for him, though it obviously could've been better.

Hmm... I wonder how to close the dimensional gates. I was planning on tossing a nuke through each one and then covering it in a couple megatons of concrete. I suppose the Vampires have a more elegant solution in mind?

Frigidmagi, ever watched Scrubs? There's this one great episode where Dr. Dorian, the geeky main character, wonders how great it would be if everyone had a fat italian Opera singer who would, whenever one was about to make a big mistake, sing in a deep bass "MistaaaaAAAAAKE!"
He imagined all the humerous errors he would avoid if he had such an opera singer.
"MistaaaaaaaAAAAAAKE!"

yes the freud cannon would work as a ship to ship weapon psychological in nature, sheilding would not affect it, unless your sheilds are designed to be psychological in nature.
I only have one fleet in the system And no I dont want a war because we will have to fight the machines soon enough and we really dont need to be weakend by this.
oh and i'm goin to this formal dinner thing aly is comming with so we wont be on till later in the mean time lots of answers on the freud cannon can be found here

Actually, Sharkbait, I don't think it would work at all. Your race only made first contct with mankind a few weeks ago. I doubt you would have had time to adapt a weapon likely built to induce such psychological fuckups in your own people to effect the vastly different brain chemistries and makeups of humans.
Never mind the fact Ousters aren't even raised by mothers or fathers, and probably don't even have an Oedipal complex....
