Soirehtyiaz is interested in purchasing some Martian land for the purpose of mining it. No weapons would be placed there. Any reasonable price will be paid.
Kokand is not interested in selling any of the Martian surface at this point. We would however be willing to lease the minimal rights to you for a period. Payment would be in the form of 15% of a all minerals extracted.

The Kokand Imperial Starfleet and various Kokand defence contractors could meet your requirements for missile systems. Any form of formal military alliance is another story unless you where to join the NBA. However there is nothing preventing our vessels from traveling in accompaniment during a time of relative peace.

All good to know. I'm sure will be able to manage with them and a suitably equipped freighter has been dispatched to pick them up.

Seeing as our empires are in relative proximity to each other, and we both maintain capitalist cosmopolitan societies with strong militaries, a treaty of defensive alliance, with room to expand or be dissolved as we see fit, seems natural. Let us know.

"IDCEX is an exhibition of military and construction equipment. You have stated these are restaurants. You do not have special arrangements to show giant restaurants. No special arrangements have been made by any outside power, and the standard clearances issued cover only military and construction equipment. You will remove these craft from the system immediately; consider yourself lucky to be allowed any access at this point. Your existing clearance may be revoked."

Foamed Steel is a material manufactured in zero-G foundries such as the BCF, and others throughout the Free Republics. It is very lightweight and has a high tensile strength. In addition,it is cheap to manufacture. While not dense enough for usage in armoring warships, is it used in civilian construction, and in the interior of warships. We here at the Broga Cluster Foundries would be happy to help you get your own foundries running, in exchange for an opportunity for us to settle in, and exploit, the Oort clouds of systems you control. What with the Mohaim system becoming more heavily settled, a lot of use are feeling the urge ot float to less cluttered territory.

The ATJ vessels moved to the edge of Kokand Territory, barely millimeters beyond the defined limits of Kokand Sovereign Space and directly on the main trade route for the IDCEX convention. They then began broadcasting on all frequencies their advertising material for the new restaurants.

T-AGM 6789 Cornet dropped out of hyperspace a few kilometers away inside of Kokand space. Moments later silence drifted over every wavelength.

RE: The defense of The Womb
Dearest friends in the Floater republics,
We have noted your need for a better defense system for the Womb, we woud be willing to sell you, for just over cost, our projectile/missile defense system.
It works by using a combination of point defense weapons, and tractor beams to stop incoming missiles and projectile wepons, thus reducing the strain on your armor, and upcoming shield system.
You are free to reverse engineer the technlogy for your own uses of course.

So its targetted destructive interference. Nice...
I was worried for a second that you might have done something like EMP (or worse) my vessels.

You may settle in the Koga system Oort cloud, it is a completley undeveloped system (Due to the fact that we're currently colonizing another system we won't be able to begin settling and terraforming for at least a few weeks)

Fenari will be showing their present Caseless flecette boarding weapons. "Very low cost, very effective, and garunteed not to damage your hulls.
Cyclic rate is very high, and the the aiming system is very simple. The cost for propellent is very cheap, as is the flechettes themselves are baked siliconates.
Also we would like to display our combined point defense turrets.

The Minmatar would like to showcase three of its newest inventions:
1: Silksteel
-An alloy with a very high tensile strength, is actually formed from woven thread.
2: Magnetic Dispursion Rounds
-Energy bolt that deforms metallic surfaces magnetically on impact. Also acts as an EMP weapon.
3: Artificial Organic Alloy
-Looks like regular steel, behaves like ordinary steel, doesn't quite have the tensile strength of silk steel, but it grows back.

The OU would like to reserve some space range time at IDCEX to showcase it's new M-27B dual-mode missile. Also to be demonstrated is the light powerarmor used by the OU Marines and Army.

Number one and three from Minmatar will be allowed as dual use technologies, two is of course approved, as is the Fenari's flechette weapon . The OU request is also confirmed, as are all others. Of course the ATJ effort to bypass procedures has not been allowed.
For those star nations, which have show interest in displaying commercial goods and services, The Kokand Empire has a later exhibition on its capital planet Kokand for such things that is open to all star nations. You must understand that Neovestral is a barren desolate world, and is used simply because there isn't the space to demonstrate construction equipment and military hardware.

Of course, while the majority of civilians are not allowed in, military personal, report, company representatives and the like are all free to come. However the fact that your military service has declined to send anything doesn't prevent pirate defence and construction contractors from doing so and Kokand doubts they would pass up the opportunity.
