Milo is READY TO PAR-TAY! This is our roommate Jana's B-day party.
Milo has a thing for chasing "Lasers" He thinks the redeye reducer on my camera is a "Laser" This is him going "Huh? I should chase that, I think." Also, you can see maple being her usual lazy self to the right. Maple is much more mild-mannered than Milo, but she would *not* keep the damned birthday hat on.
Milo, SIT!
Maple being pampered. she just LOVES having her ears scratched.
The whole family. Amy is still a smoker...Makes things kinda hard for me, but I love her. How she can smoke Marlboro lights is beyond me, the damn things always gave me a headache. In the background, the ruler of all catdom, Ashes. We call him ashes because that's what he told us to call him. We surmise it is because of one particularly nasty instance where a fiefdom near where we live once insulted him when one of their representatives mentioned his belly. All that was left when his rage subsided was a rather sizeable crater and- you guessed it- ashes.

Here's to hoping this is a good idea:

"The rest of the poem plays upon that pun. On the contrary, says Catullus, although my verses are soft (molliculi ac parum pudici in line 8, reversing the play on words), they can arouse even limp old men. Should Furius and Aurelius have any remaining doubts about Catullus' virility, he offers to fuck them anally and orally to prove otherwise." - Catullus 16, Wikipedia

The first two were taken back at the beginning of the summer. The last was taken approximately two minutes ago. Yes, I know it's of lesser quality; Mom made off with the digital camera that Dell tossed in with my computer as part of the deal I got, and I bought a crappy 2.1 megapixel one a couple weeks ago.
It's Rogue, not Rouge!

HAY LADIES
For those of you unfamiliar with me, I'm the one on the right. The guy on the left is the local university student who is working with us on a work-study basis. He's normally not that manic - he just doesn't react well to a camera for some odd reason.
I need a haircut.
I need a haircut.
And without further ado, testing the old new webcam, with that same look on my face:
This is the tshirt I'm wearing, from actual Finland, not "New Finland" or "Finland 2" like YOU and Bernard Manning were thinking. Kalevala is a Finnish norse epic, written in runes, and stuff, and apparently includes some viking dude on a motorbike riding over some burning skulls. Very metal, anyway, so I like it.
This is my custom necklace that you can ONLY get inside the limited edition version of "Annihilation of the Wicked" by Nile. Or potentially ebay. Point is, it reminds me that I listen to heavier music than everyone around me, and I'm not christian, I see it as a source of strength for myself.
This is just an image from the normal place of the webcam. I probably look like this every time I post. Still have that enormous Sin City stand across my wall.

In Finnish universities, students dress in coverrals at almost every student party. Each university and faculty has its own colour. Here's a shot of me with my white (not a good colour choice, given the environment) coverrals on:
As time goes on, you get to add various things on your coverrals, like badges telling what party you participated. Yesterday, on a huge city-wide barhopping party, me and my friends changed few words with this guy, who commented how pristine our coverrals were:

A few old pics...
A "few" years back, long walks in the refreshing desert air, too bad the natives didn't seem to like us being there...
At a stateside FTX with the Cav...
My date and I at a USO dinner..yeah my tie is a little crooked, but then again I think I was on my way to being lit by then...
Son caught me after a run, soaked from the rain and a little bushed...

I haven't posted one of these in quite a while, so here goes one from a couple days ago:
As you can see, obviously not Iceland.
Additionally, here are a couple more, from about a month and a week ago, respectively (both on a Friday: which has been Black T-shirt Day for me since 1998):
Taking pictures with my webcam like this can sometimes be a bit of a pain in the ass, because it sits on top of my monitor and from almost every position the light from the CRT reflects in my glasses.

This is me trying out my Halloween costume, I am trying to look like somebody of the set of grease, never used hair grease before, hard as hell to get out of my hair:
Thats actually my reglar jacket, started using it again after having it collect dust for 10 years, they are "in" nowadays, not that these jackets ever went out of style nor ever will.
