Permanant Noob: DH always counts as having just been summoned.
2: add 1 alchohol counter to DH
Remove X alchohol counters from DH. DH gets +x-y/+x-y where x is the number of alchohol counters removed in this way, and y is the number of tolerance counters on DH. Add a tolerance counter.
All Sheps get +2/+2 and gain trample.

Finally, I have a card that I'm not too sure about. I want it to be a card you'd be a fool to play, 'cause it has so many bad consequences. Tell me what you think:

The best you can hope for is that the target creature becomes tapped, but then it's just untapped again during the untap phase! Then the opposing player can play Ban on you at least once! OUCH!

area of the circle in relation to the radius

on march 14th pi may be cast for free
otherwise caster must tap for mana and lose 1 life from fractional manaburn.
Pi has no effect on Rei
target creature with a value of 3 now has that value replaced with Pi
thus making it greater then 3 and less then 4.

Actualy Pi it a ratio of the circumference to the diameter C=d(pi) or 2r(pi)

Sorry, LadyTevar, but the card maker I'm using doesn't allow modifications to card borders, as far as I can tell at least.

Note that my usage of Fanboy is in no way derogatory. Heck, I even used it for myself.
