Not fully, those reforms where on progress before WWII because of the nationalist-welfare movement. Also note that Sweden largely excused itself from WW I&II along with some other european countries. But I agree on the sentiment that it did have a clear effect in our laws.

Agreed and its much ingrained in the european mindset. We know the US system alot through TV & movies, however the US seems completely ignorant on other legal systems probably due to them never seeing any 'foreign' TC & movies and seldom touristing abroad.
Lots of american tourists get in trouble with local law simply because they think that it works the same.
