As I recall, he mentions that he uses it on some of his minions, or will use it on you if you want it as a reward. So it seems like a tool for him to maintain control.

I wonder - have they implemented FO3's bobble head/ book system so its possible to max everything out? It doesn't seem like the thing Obsidian would do. Obsidian has introduced temporary buff books (magazines) though which is an interesting idea. I wasted some, of course, before I knew they wore off.
No Bobbleheads, you can buy "implants" that can increase your stats. The number of implants you can have depends on your Endurance.

There seems to be a glitch with Arcade. After a while, you can only hire him if you don't have ED-E in your party. So if you want both, hire Arcade first and then get ED-E.

Errm....are you sure that you didn't have Boone parked someone (but in the party) and also ED-E in your party hanging out with you? (i.e. party was full)

That's weird. Well, I've reached the point in the game where I'm trying Cass' mission...which is really those other guys' mission. I am strong enough to kill everyone, but not before the thing happens that really is supposed to happen.

Guys I need some help, I purchased the new DLC but I hate it and want to get back to the wasteland. Does anyone know if this is possible or am I fucked [I will never finish this DLC, it's awful].

OH! I've gotten to the point in the game where literally nothing can touch me. I went into the Kings place where the NCR and the Kings have it out. and just for giggles, I shot an NCR soldier in the face. then I did nothing as Boone and Eddie killed EVERYONE in the entire building. Also went to the sunset sasparilla factory and same thing. they just seemed to wander the halls like it was Mean Guns and just murdered everything in sight. leaving me behind to wonder "GREAT! What am I supposed to do with 550 .308JSP rounds since I OBVIOUSLY can't, you know, SHOOT them?

I've had one game with a glitched EDE who would randomly take offense and then proceed to genocide entire communities. I'd just be walking along and then I'd hear his battle music and then the exterminatus would commence. He wiped out Westside, Freeside, and then the Strip. Poor bastards would be fleeing hither and yon and cowering in corners as he methodically hunted down and burninated them all. Civilians, NCR soldiers, didn't matter.

I just finished the game. I am now the ruler of New Vegas. The Omertas are leaderless, the White Glove Society is following their requirements, the Khans are but a memory, the Legion is wiped out, the NCR has retreated, and Mr. House is dead.
The Boomers, the Remnants, the Followers and the Brotherhood remain, but they are all on my side.
With my army of Securitrons, it looks like a bright new day.

Amusement: According to Bethseda's blog, Dead Money will not be an 'X-Box Exclusive' for very much longer. It's going to be released for PS3 and PC on Feb 22. Well. Let me correct: PC on the 22nd, and PS3 the 22nd + all the time it takes to fix the inevitable problems(DA:O's DLC's made me qualify this this way).
