hundred years, and I just had a building fall on me. Do not antagonize me."

"You may take your friend on my mount, I will walk. I understand your concern, and heed your warning. Vigilance is always wise."
Fearghal adjusted his cloak, pushing the hood down, the pin holding it closed catching the light for a moment. Elina flitted over beside him.

Erhart drew silent when he saw that Fearghal had it under control, turning his gaze to watch the demon suspiciously as he rode along in the saddle just to the back of the group. He didn't trust him.

Malkamar spends those ten seconds lifting a finger to point directly at the paladin. "Do you know True Spellfire? It'll leave you as an ashen smear. I thought I just discussed why I would kill any of you if you weren't behaving. I was quite blunt. Now, settle down, and you'll live to see sunrise. The slime is on our side."

Erhart glared. "That does not help your case, Demon."
With a slight nod to Malk, he lifted the lance until it pointed skyward dropped back to trot behind the group, reaching forward with a hand to stroke thunder's neck for a moment

"No, it's not. There has been enough blood shed this day however."
He followed on behind Malkamar, carefully leading his mount down the cobbled street, trying to ignore the smoke lingering in the air still.

"Malkamar, I know this must be a painfull subject, but with The Empire, you were saying how they had flush toilets and such......I was trained as an engineer there before the great fall, with a few fabrication spells from you and Aly, I could probally rebuild a decent about of their stonework and plumbing. Walls and such, and on a more practical level, plumbing, showers and baths. Worth trying?"

"Without a Mythallar it's a wasted effort. I've studied the nature of it for a very long time. Don't bother. You can't return the Empire. No one can. Such is the decree, from Mystra herself. I'm going to go have a very long sleep, if that's okay with you, and maybe regrow my eyebrows. Now drop the subject. For the rest of time." Malkamar spoke flatly, and vanished into the abbey.

"I suggest you listen, he knows more than you..especially on this matter."
Erhart muttered to himself and drew into the courtyard of the Abbey, looking around from his perched mount position. He saw the gardens of the abbey, surprising to have been kept so well in such a place. The abbey was basically a fortress that could repell a small army.
"It would have to be..."
He said quietly as he looked around for the stables
