It's because all the nukes are saved so the player can throw them.

Fuck, end game nukes are fun, someone sees that the game is ending, everyone throws TA points at him, and at the last moment he throws a triplet all over the map.

The alarm sounds,the flash. They got the feeling down perfectly.
