Well helm's deep mostly contains mundane forces too.

Some tech vs magic examples.
The Valheru crushed some tech based opponents AFAIK.
The first? tech based civilization in Arcanum was destroyed
by magic using elves.

The difference being it was all moron-tech, not real tech. There were no artillery weapons in Arcanum that could fire shells over several km.
