Well as I said in a thread before, I'm hooked on it again. I play on both West and East incase of Maintience.

And what the fuck is wrong with Necromancers? I have a lvl 30 that could clear out all the cows on normal at level 18 without dying.

If I can figure a way around the firewall, I'll be on the East. Haven't been able to weasel the necessary port out of the tech people yet, but I'm trying. *sigh*

*summons undead minions*

Once again, I'd like to reiterate that I'm on East, and playing Hardcore only. If anyone's intrested in grouping up...let me know. I'm on as AsheCole666, omni-mule, or ALMD_Dameon. I'm rebuilding up by Barb, because my 78 got hack/pked or possibly Triggered by a Zon. (utter gayness). My friends Sorc has matured nicely to 90, and he's MF is ridiculously high.

Here's the situation. I've borrowed Diablo 2 off a friend but i can't get it to work. I've got the Max installation and my specs are:
700 Mhz AMD Duron
TNT 2 3d graphics card
128 MB ram

What happens is this:
When i try the game in 3D mode (from the video test) all i get at the main menu is a load of technicolour junk.
When i try in 2D mode, i can get the menu working and i can actually start a game, but within about 30 seconds of me starting a game it freezes. The sound and music keep going but the actual game itself stops. I try Ctrl Alt Del and nothing happens and after trying Ctrl Alt Del I try Alt F4 and Alt Esc and both of these don't work (accompanied by a tone from the computer, but that may just be my com, i'm not sure.) I then have to reset my computer.

Can someone please help as i loved Diablo one and my friend keeps on going on about how great D2 is.

I used to have characters in east and west for both expansion and reg in the 80-90s range but it took to much time so I just stopped. That and I got a hand cramp from all the clicking.
