Although I recognize that Sheppard's use of the relay system thingy is valid, I think I should point out that anyone else who might think to use it for shenanigans should think again.

To the thread? I didn't save a link to that thread, sorry. It was a few months ago I think.

Search terms... probably "sprint relay system" or something like that.

To be more accurate, goons were calling each other with the relay system and generally messing with the operator... being as silly, obscene, and stupid as they could be. Although I do remember one goon who messed with this Korean(?) restaurant... god that one was hilarious.
