Blaster have similar rate of fire as a WW2 bolt action rifle, so for you I change the earlier to this one using weapons which have roughly the same rate of fire as bolt action rifle, so with something which is a rough equivalent of a Star Warsesque bolt action rifle.
Are you on crack? Watch the movies with your eyes open, please. They demonstrate everything from sub-machine gun type bursts to long streams of fully automatic often.

Umm, dude, I don't think that bolt action rifles could manage 600+ rounds a minute. We see instances in the boarding of the Tantive IV where a Trooper manages to squeeze off two shots in two frames, and others in similar rapidity. E-11's also have a full on auto fire feature, its just not used unless one needs suppressive fire, just like in real life. This cuts down on ammo expenditure, and increases accuracy.
I do not know the theoretical capabilities of the E-11 or whatever weapon was standard issue service rifle in the Clone War era. So I accept it is capable of firing full bursts, however nor the battledroids neither the clone troopers fired on full auto mode against the Jedis they used single shots... so they could kill the same number of Jedis with any decent semi-automatic weapon.

On the contrary, they did so when murdering Ki Adi Mundi (Commander Bacara kills him with burst fire) as well as Battle Droids firing on Obi-Wan when he was riding past one from an elevated position at Utapau (very long burst) and against Yoda outside the Jedi Temple. It's not theoretical, its demonstrated and often.

Also I think there's when Aayla Secura was killed. IIRC, all the troops in the squad that killed her were firing bursts into her to make sure she stayed down.

The stormtrooper that comes through the turbolift door at the detention center in ANH, gets shot and fires off a stream of bolts as well.

Actually, that's the afforementioned blast cannon, the flechette is only handed out to veteran clone engineers that have shown great capability with the blast cannon, neither of which we see on screen and only in games, which falls under game mechanics.

The blaster that lowers from the Falcon fires fully auto. The Clone trooper that jumps on top of one of the small spider-droids in AOTC is firing full auto.

Since we are on topic of GAR small arms, is the multi mode clonetrooper rifle you use in Republic Commando canon ? I mean those anti armour and sniper modes could be damn useful in the movies given this rifle is standard throughout clone armies...

Yes, it's canon, it appears in Hard Contact, Targets, The Package, Triple Zero, Odds, The Drop, Reversal of Fortune, Orders, and Dark Lord. I'd assume the reason it isn't standard is because the Republic didn't feel the need for every trooper to carry a sniper rifle and ant-armour weapon.
