Yes, urban expansion is a huge problem, and partly to blame. People see these nice pretty hills, and they want to live on them. Next thing, there is a sub-division there. And so on and so forth.
Contractors are possibly the worst thing to happen to the wildlife population, not the hunters. In fact, in TN, 90% of money that goes to state conservation money comes from the hunters in the from of license fees and donations.

PETA is victim of the slipery-sloppe thinking:
There's a frikking difference between assuming a responsible part in an ecosystem while eating meat and torturing animals for sadistic pleasure...

Hmm...
Today's Sluggy seems to have a PETA-esque group of villians...

Exactly. That is the difference between an ethical hunter and a poacher.
I know of a book that everyone should read. It explains the difference VERY well. It is called 'Beyond Fair Chase'.

The only good thing to come out of PETA are stupid women who strip for the cause
My personal favorite response is to ask them when do go out and kill all the natural carnivores? Somewhere I have some PETA satire about the inhumane treatment of animals in nature (such as animals dying of thirst, having limbs torn off without painkillers, freezing to death, etc.)

Reading all of this has caused my brain to flee........I'm in complete awe of the stupidity, and utter disregard for human life and suffering that is displayed by these people. My stomach twisted into knots reading about the useing the deaths of thoes poor women at the hands of a psychopath to further their cause, I cannot imagine the family reactions. I really think these fuckers are worse than your average raving fundie. I really think that both we non-believers, whatever you stripe, and thoes who buy the lie could both agree whole heartedly that these fucks are completly bonkers.
I had always thought PETA to be a slightly off center group of militant vegans and wrote them off as an anomly, one of many on American society. But this, it reads like fucking "Mein Kampf"......
Add into this the fact that they are HEAVILY involved with the eco-terrorist movement, like the ELF(Earth Liberation Frony) the same bastards who burned out the Advanced Plant Genetics Lab at Michigan State two years ago, nearly killing three grad students and an Asst. Professor , whos only crime was to be working on a way to improve crop yeilds in South American and Africa , so people won't starve to death........ ELf has even struck here at Purdue, a year ago the Agronomy test fields were vandalized and over a years worth of research was lost as the study was completly fucked. I really believe the gov't should investigate then for domestic terrorisim, get them in the jaws of the FBI and shake like a fucking rat terrier!

Cats toy with their prey before killing it. When can we expect PETA to declare war on cats?

Just go to their website and take a look at the BS they spread.
They could fertilze a thousand acre field with all the crap they produce.

I guess for PETA a moral dilemma must be a mountain lion declawing cats.

Not really, the guy who filmed it is obviously to blame for showing animal cruelty.

Perhaps PETA is just a front for a super-intelligent dolphin preparing to take over the world.
Do you think that would bother them if it were true?

Not in the slightest.

Never, since the cats kill to survive. Nevermind the fact that they in fact, do not; they merely catch the mice and kill them to leave on furniture.
The thing about PETA is that they can't understand that when a human being kills and eats an animal, it's a natural thing.

As I stated, It is a natural, and vital, part of the ecosystem and food chain in many regions of the world.

Last year, one of them got mauled trying to stop a Grizzly from fishing (Obviously bears survive on just nuts and berrys)

Considering the bear in question actually ate a good chunk of the PETA asshole's face (Unfortunatly the PETA asshole survived and Rangers had to kill the bear), I guess bears see the PETA freaks as "Nuts"

Ok, my mistake about the IRA.
Spanky says they actually help fund the Environmental Liberation Front, which is still just as much a terrorist organization.

Really? I thought they survived on picnic baskets.

Only in Jellystone, In Yosemite and Yellowstone they tear the whole fucking car apart to get to the food, in Galaciar and some times in Yellowstone humans ARE the food.

They should have let the bear eat him. At least he'd be good for something.

That reminds me ofthe ads the Institute for Consumer Freedom puts in magazines, which informs people of what groups like PETA do, and one ad urged people to donte money to research groups instead of PETA. They should say something similar to tohse women.
"Attractive celenberties: PETA doesn't deserve your naked body! These gorups do...".
Anyway, if they don't want us eating other animals, they should go and make sure the other animals don't eat the other aniumals. That would kill off the population faster than any case of overhunting could.

You're shitting me when you say that some PETA guy tried to stop a grizzly from fishing!
How does one survive with such low levels of synapses? Only Steve Irwine would do something so dangerous and survive, these guys must be envious of earthworms having more common sense than them.
