That's kinda counterproductive. You're essentially damaging your own society (which is their goal) in an attempt to damage their cause.

Hey Shep when did you have time to develop a nuke powered destroyer class vessel? We weren't granted any in the OP (well you could get Kirov's but those are CGNs not DDGNs) and it takes frickin years to get a new ship design launched or even switch out the reactor system in an existing design.
