Place a radio transmitter on the WH grounds, transmitting random signals
on random frequencies keyed to FM....

Sure it would play hell with reception on car stereos, but it would send any
car bombers to hell 3 blocks away from the WH when the radio-controlled
detonator on their bomb goes off (yep, they do that to keep the suicide
bombers honest, hee hee)

You can shield against such inference. And anyone with the technical ability to wire up a large bomb could devise protection. A faraday cage isn't that hard to build. However the double bomb method pretty much requires suicide attackers for it to work anyway.

True true...however, it would be stupid to throw this idea on the
trash can...and you can't shield against interference if it has a
RADIO CONTROL BACKUP to the main detonator in the truck.
Radio waves have to be able to get thru if the backup is radio
controlled.

That why you act quickly. The first bomb kills the swarming security and blast through any barriers, while hopefully not making too much of a crater. Then you have your second truck drive through and ram the Whitehouse beyond. Your odds of escaping when a 1000 or so pound bomb goes off behind you, and the only exit is filled with burning debris and flying bullets are quite low though.

As I said, you need people committed to a suicide attack or very stupid but reliable people who wont realize that it is one.

Its been said that at least a few didn't. But I have no idea what that's based on. Probably a third hand leak from the guy who gets coffee for a guy who's the best friend of an FBI agent who was a guard in the hallway while a suspect was being interrogated.
