Kyler, I think that the background of the duck photo is a little busy, but otherwise a decent picture.
The Flower and wasp picture is technically alright, but it feels a little bland, as far as photos go, i'm not sure what the compositional weight of the photo is supposed to be, the flower or the wasp.
Anyway, this is a pencil drawing I did a few months back:

Experimenting with some high-speed photography. (Where the hell do you get a sound sensor anyway, and do you need a special camera for one?)

Re: Critique Thread (56k unfriendly)
Not as impressive as some of the other stuff I've seen in this thread but heregoes:
Girl firing/holding a gun while in some sort of movement.
I think but I am not sure that legs can't bend that way, nor do I fully believe that the folds are remotely correct on the skirt. But I'm happy with the hair, jacket and folds of the shirt, and the rough effort at sketching a Tokarev.
Oh, and I continue to haaaaate hands.

Im pretty new in making digital art, so I really wanted to practice making clothes look real, in this case the blue robe.

I received a DSLR weeks ago because Iv'e been wanting to do photography. I think I'm getting better, but I still want some constructive criticism. I have a Canon T4i with a 50mm prime lens and an 18-55mm zoom lens.
Here are what I perceive to be my best photos. I'm not embedding them because they are quite large.

I have others that I like, but they are images of friends and to protect their privacy I will not link to them here.
I initially began taking photos with utmost symmetry because I like symmetry. But when I tried adhering to the rule of thirds, I noticed that the images looked more aesthetically pleasing. Many of those inked are repetitious in that they have the subjects on the right side of the frame. I've been working on that.
