This would be acceptable to the Pan-Slavic Union, except that such an arrangement would be a powerful conflict of interest. Neither group could completely count upon your nation to participate fully in the alliance.

The Fenari structure is semi-monarchy/semi-democracy.

Alpha's are appointed by descision of the greater pack members. Appointments are for life, Unless an other Fenari chooses to "Challenge" the leadership (Almost never happens). The three rank designations are Alpha (Absolute leaders), Beta (Managers/Military Officers) and Gamma (Normal Fenari). All Fenari young are considered "Gammas" it's through deeds/actions that Fenari rise in station.

Only if the alliances were Rivals, in which case the IMperial Alliance would be crushed due to numbers plain and simple.

Perhaps so, perhaps not. We prefer not to speculate on who would win such an engagement, but the timing of the dynastic alliance's establishment indicates that it is and will remain a rival alliance.

The NAU would prefer not to entertain the prospects of joining an 'entangling alliance' unless it is to the recognizable benefit to our national security. At this time of general peace throughout the known galaxy, we believe that it is not in our best interest to join an alliance.
